~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:

- automatic diswasher soap

- hand soap

- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels

- no toiletries will be furnished

Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

RATES for Unit 101 on the Strand

~Fall (2015 - Sept 13-Nov 31)

Weekly - $1,250. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.

~Winter (2015- Dec 1-Feb 28)

Weekly - $1,100. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $180. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200.

~Spring (2015 - Mar 1- May 12)

Weekly - $1,450. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $240. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $260.

~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)

Weekly - $1,600. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.

weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $1,900.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Three day minimum on holiday rentals.

Additional Costs

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $130 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
A $30 processing fee may apply.

This unit has been a rental for the past 2 years. These are the "before " pictures. The new owner has hired us to tweak the unit. Our plans are to add pictures, lamps, accessories, furniture, etc,. We are putting in a new king bed and head board in the master, a new king bed and head board in the second bedroom and a new queen bed and head board in the 3rd bedroom.

There will be a new dining table & chairs plus bar stools. We have not decided on the sofa configuration in the living room. These pictures are mean to show you the size and layout of this spacious ocean view unit. You can view the our other completed units on our website to get a feel for our design style.
